Before founding The Lighter Home, I spent years working in corporate HR for a major multinational tech firm. On paper, I was managing large-scale teams, employment compliance, and complex operational processes. In reality, outside of the office, I was living the exact same reality as many of you: trying to juggle a demanding career, family life, and the relentless, exhausting "mental load" of household admin.
I know only too well the feeling like you should be able to manage it all of trying to keep the plates spinning. Whether it’s coordinating a home renovation, organizing school logistics, or simply finding a reliable plumber you can actually trust with your house keys—running a modern family home takes serious time, energy, and logistics.
That is why I created The Lighter Home. I wanted to take the world-class operational efficiency, project management, and compliance standards from the corporate world and use it to bring calm to other households.
